Background: Born and raised in San Jose, California. In addition to his duties as the managing partner of Hall Hieatt Connely & Bowen, Mr. Hall has an active civil litigation case load including insurance defense, professional malpractice, bad faith litigation, and employment practice law. He specializes in the representation of public entities, including the County of San Luis Obispo, cities within the County of San Luis Obispo, San Luis Obispo Regional Transit Authority, California Polytechnic State University, and Self-Insured Schools of California, which includes school districts between San Miguel and Ventura. Mr. Hall has also been retained on numerous occasions by National Chiropractic Mutual Insurance Company to defend individual practitioners in chiropractic malpractice lawsuits.
